Built for Early-Years Schools

Stop rebuilding next week's timetable every Friday.

Upload the timetable you already made. Get the week back.

Your school keeps working the way it works — the same Word file, the same activity plan, the same books. The Hub reads them and builds the week: a timetable your class can actually use, a one-page copy for parents, and every textbook opening at the page your plan asked for.

Nothing new to learn, nothing to migrate

Most tools ask a school to change how it works before they help. This one starts from the documents your teachers already make — in three steps.

1

Bring in what you already have

Upload the timetable and activity plan you made anyway. They're read into a live week — no re-typing, no new format to learn, nothing to migrate.

2

Teach from it

The week opens with a picture in every cell, the lesson detail one tap away, the books opening at the page your plan cites, and one printable copy for parents.

3

Keep the record

A running log for each child, photos of their work, follow-ups on anything raised, and a register that catches the days nobody finished — all kept with the class.

What it does

Everything a teaching week needs, in one place

Not a platform to migrate into — a set of things that make Monday morning easier, built around the documents your school already produces.

See the full overview
  • The week, read from your own file

Upload the timetable you already made. It becomes a live, illustrated week — every lesson in its slot, with the activity plan's detail attached and a picture in every cell.

  • Every set book, open at the page

"Targeting Maths, page 12" in a plan becomes a link that opens the actual page — the printed number, not the file's. 633 pages across six books, ready mid-lesson.

  • A running record for each child

Noticed, Milestone, Concern, From home — four kinds so a year of entries stays readable. Attach a photo of the work, and follow a concern through with dated updates.

  • A register that catches what was missed

Take it in seconds, and go back and finish any day nobody completed. Weekends and school closures are skipped, so only real gaps are flagged.

  • What to gather, by the day you need it

The activity plan's materials merged into one checklist — duplicates combined, grouped by the day the lesson runs, tickable as you collect them.

  • One page home to parents

The same week, printed as a single A4 sheet with the theme and the artwork. Copy this week, change what moved, send it — instead of rebuilding a Word file.

FAQ

Questions schools ask us

Anything else? Email us — a real person replies.

Who is Little Koala Teachers Hub for?
Early-years schools — kindergartens, preschools and early-learning centres. It's built for teachers, coordinators and school leadership, not as an app children use directly.
Who owns our school's data?
Your school does — always. Everything your team uploads stays yours, and you can request a full export at any time. See our Privacy Policy for the details.
Is it private and secure?
Yes. Access is invite-only and role-based — your administrator decides who joins and what they can do. Files are private by default and served through expiring signed links, and all traffic is encrypted.
How does per-teacher pricing work?
You pay only for the teachers who use the platform, monthly or annually (annual saves about 20%), with paid plans billed for a minimum of 8 teachers. Add or remove teachers whenever your staffing changes — no per-school licence, no hidden fees.
Can we cancel anytime?
Yes — there’s no minimum term and no cancellation fee. Your plan simply runs to the end of the period you’ve paid for. Our Refund & Cancellation Policy spells it out, including a 14-day goodwill refund on first payments.
Is the AI assistant safe to use with our curriculum?
The assistant searches only your school's own catalogued lessons, resources and assessments, and answers with references to real items — it never invents materials. It's a helper for busy teachers, never a replacement for them.
How do we get started?
Start free with up to two teachers — no card needed. Or book a demo and we'll walk your team through it and help you bring your curriculum in.
