Terms of Service

1. What the Service is

Little Koala Teachers Hubis subscription software for schools. It provides a searchable resource library, lesson and weekly planning, curriculum coverage mapping, an assessment-materials library, a staff Welcome Hub, leadership dashboards and an AI assistant that searches your school's own catalogued content.

2. Accounts and access

• Accounts are created for named staff members and must not be shared.
• You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for activity under your account.
• Access is invite-based and may be approved, restricted or revoked by your school's administrator or by us.
• You must be authorised by your school to accept these terms on its behalf.

3. Subscriptions, billing and renewal

• Paid plans are priced per teacher, per month, in US dollars (USD).
• You choose monthly or annual billing at checkout. Annual plans are billed in advance for the year.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled.
• You may change the number of teachers on your plan; charges adjust from the next billing period.
• Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice, taking effect at your next renewal.
• Payments are processed by Paddle, who act as the merchant of record for your purchase. We never receive or store your full card details.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of everything you upload — resources, lesson plans, assessments and related material. You grant us only the limited licence needed to host, process and display that content so the Service can work for you. You confirm you have the right to upload what you upload, including any third-party teaching material.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not upload unlawful content, malware, or material that infringes someone else's copyright.
• Do not attempt to breach, probe or disrupt the Service or access another school's data.
• Do not resell or redistribute the Service without our written agreement.
• Do not use the Service to store sensitive personal data about children beyond what your school lawfully needs for teaching purposes.

6. Availability

We work to keep the Service available and backed up, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may carry out maintenance, and we may change or discontinue features. Where a change is significant, we will give reasonable notice.

7. Suspension and termination

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account for non-payment, for breach of these terms, or where required by law. If we terminate without cause, we will refund any unused prepaid period. After termination you may request an export of your content — see the Refund & Cancellation Policy for retention timelines.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, or loss of data beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app before they take effect, and the "last updated" date above will change.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, and the courts of Thailand have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections available to you locally.
