Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. How billing works

• Paid plans are priced per teacher, per month, in US dollars (USD).
• Monthly plans are billed each month in advance. Annual plans are billed once a year in advance.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel.
• The free Starter plan is genuinely free — no card is required.

2. How to cancel

Email bradley@littlekoalaschool.com from your billing contact address and ask us to cancel. We will confirm in writing, usually within one business day.

• Cancelling stops future renewals.
• Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for.
• There is no cancellation fee and no minimum contract term.

3. Refunds

• 14-day goodwill window. If you are unhappy within 14 days of your first payment on a new subscription, contact us and we will refund that payment in full.
• Annual plans. If you cancel an annual plan mid-term, you may request a pro-rata refund of the remaining unused whole months.
• Monthly plans. Part-months are not normally refunded, since access continues to the end of the paid period.
• Our fault. If we terminate your account without cause, or a prolonged outage leaves the Service substantially unusable, we will refund the affected period.
• Duplicate or incorrect charges are always refunded in full.

4. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are issued through Paddle to the original payment method. We process them within 5 business days; your bank may take a further 5–10 business days to show the funds. Refunds are made in the original currency (USD); we cannot control exchange-rate differences applied by your bank.

5. Changing your number of teachers

You can add or remove teachers at any time. Increases are charged from the next billing period, and reductions take effect at the next renewal. We do not charge a fee for changing plan size.

6. What happens to your data

• You can request an export of your content at any time before or shortly after cancellation.
• After cancellation we retain your data for 60 days, so you can export it or reactivate.
• After 60 days the data is deleted, except records we must keep for tax or accounting purposes.
